Wicked Update on the rules!

I have updates the Rules thread!
Please take some of your time and read them.

I have added some new rules that I never put before, added rules for the staff/elite members, separated the rules that aren't a real rule to "Unofficial Rules", and added extra links for the rules that are in the other forums.
