Happy Details regarding solar hot water rebates.

Installing a *Link Removed* System will reduce your household's energy use and save up to 75% of your water-heating costs.  For the average home in Australia today, hot water heating accounts for around 23 percent of greenhouse gas emissions. You can save hundreds of dollars on energy bills each year if you are installing a climate friendly solar hot water system.

Under the Renewable Energy Bonus Scheme-Solar Hot Water Rebate, Home owners, landlords or tenants are supported in the installation of a solar energy system. Their electric storage hot water systems with solar or heat pump hot water systems are replaced with solar heat pump hot water systems.

The Renewable Energy Bonus Scheme-Solar Hot Water Rebate replaces the Solar Hot Water Rebate Program.  The rebates of $1,000 for a solar hot water system or $600 for a heat pump hot water system were claimed by eligible households in Australia.  The rebate has been applied to systems that were purchased and ordered by February 20, 2010.

The rebate is only available to people who have not previously received assistance to install ceiling insulation through the Home Insulation Program or the Homeowner Insulation Program at this address.   The solar hot water system must replace an existing electric storage hot water system.

An owner-occupier, landlord or tenant can apply for the solar hot water rebate as long as the dwelling where the hot water system is installed is a principal place of residence.  And the solar hot water system must be installed and certified by a suitably qualified person like an electrician or a plumber.

I'm sure you're just advertising something that others, including myself, don't care about.
