I think it would be crummy, although I've nearly thought of it in any great depth I just don't think it would translate to well into a small handheld console. I just can't see it happening (or at least too well) but I understand how others see the appeal Smile

No.

2 reasons:

1. Shiggy officially deconfirmed a handeld Smash Bros ever happening.

2. Smash Bros. games come by every 5 years or so. Waiting 5 years for a new Home console SSB just has that fresh feeling. Having an inferior handheld version come out would just lead to dissapointment.

But a remake of the one on the 64 would be nice. Prob. with the 5 intended characters for the original who didn't make it (Dedede, Bowser, Peach, Meowth, and Pit) as unlockables...

it could be awesome, or it could be a complete fail.

as long as its just an updated version of the original I couldn't see them going wrong but if its a new entire game then it will be terrible.
