The "End"

Scientists have discovered that the Mayan calendar predicts that the world will end on December 21, 2012. What do you think? I personally think its all just stupid. If your a dedicated Christian, then you'd know that Jesus didn't even know when the world would end. It says in the Bible that when the Apocolypse happens, no one will know it. Also, many scientist over the past 2000 years have predicted that the world will end, all wrong. In 1843, 1982, Y2K, 6/6/2006, and now this?!? And men from times before that have predicted it!

Really? I didn't know 1843 and 1982 were one's.

But yea, if it didn't happen the first 4 times, then why now?
But sometimes i think it might happen.....you never know.

it's not entirely because of the Mayan calender, it's also the fact we might get hit with a freakin asteroid (but we don't know if it'll hit us)

but I don't think the world will end in 2012 (lulz, I'll be at graduation and then out of nowhere "OH SNAP! METEOR! AHHHHH!")

The oxygen will become poisoned and we will have to live on Mars and farm our own food.

like i said, Jesus didnt even know, and the bible states that no human being will know when it happens, it could happen in the wink of an eye...

One day something's bound to happen, but I think the prediction of this by the Mayan calender is a bit far-fetched, no offense

something about it makes me feels sorta uneasy but i 'unno probably all the stuff i've been readin on the net just hope it doesn't happen though at that exact date

the world is slowly falling into darkness. think about it. the most of the world is corrupted and then we have our financial problem, war in israel, irans president talks lots of crap that other countries is racist. its only a matter of time before the 3rd world war begins.

I don't think the world wiil end in 2012,that would suck,i would be in my last year of highschool.

i'm not concerned about wars for the moment my biggest concern is that if a polar shift happens or some sort of black hole ohhh i so wish it wouldn't happen cuz let me tell you that would suck by that time i'm only starting high school...

Me? I don't believe in this Mayan calender bullshit. As we all know, Y2K was a crock of bullshit, and all those other years people apparently thought the world would end didn't end, only adding to the naietivity of the human race as a whole. But hey, I could just be contradicting myself. We won't know until we get. All we need is time.
