If you value your Warning Bar being Green, read this!!!!

I'm starting to get stressed out and annoyed with this.
I have finals to study for, guitar to practice, lots of websites to go on, videos that i have to watch on youtube, and i have to read all of the posts you guys make, which makes me stressed.
What i'm annoyed with? Well a lot of things, what things? RULE-BREAKING THINGS THAT'S WHAT!!!

Lately a lot of you guys have been breaking the rules and i'm sick of it.

What rules?
Well let's see?

1) Going Off-Topic!
Not a lot of you do that, but you don't stick on topic purposes that easily. One second it's about the topic, the next, completely about something else. I mean just saying, "Sorry about going off-topic but, yadda yadda yadda" is alright, just as long it doesn't go out of hand.

2) Bumping REALLY old-topics!
Depends on what the topic is, if the last post was made 1 or 2 months ago then i guess it's still good.....but if it's over a year, or half a year then please, DON'T POST IN IT.
Crazy(Yea i still call you crazy), i'm talking to you man!!!
I mean that topic for when i made Travis(Toolsheduncle) Admin from A YEAR AGO, and posting in it.....AND STILL POSTING IN IT FOR WHEN I DELETED YOUR POSTS 3 TIMES???
Or you Gau when you bump a really old introduction???
You bumping MarioandLuigi's introduction, come on man?

3) Double Posting!
This doesn't happen a lot really, but you guys can double post sometimes.
Remember, if your post before is over 24 hours old, then you can double post!

4) Spam!?
I shouldn't even bother with this.
One word post, pointless topics, etc. etc.

5) 3-Word Rule!
All of you guys know of this, i mean you warn someone if they break it, .
But you guys don't know some things about it.
Some words don't count as a word:
Lol, omg, uhhh, lalala, hehe, Using numbers, like 1, 2 ,3, any number without typing out the word of the number, like one, two, three, symbols like !@#$%^&*()_+{}| and so on, Haha, rly, and any text word, wtf, ftw, and you can tell which other ones count.

6) Posting after i delete your post!
If i delete your post(Crazy), then i deleted it for a reason, please don't make the same post again, cause that gets me VERY mad.

7) Being inappropriate, It's the First Rule!
It's ok to say something a little bad one or two times.....it's just if you say something bad, or curse in almost EVERY POST YOU MAKE. What i mean is, is saying words like these a lot, "Boobs, tits, sex, sexy, rape, any curse word too much, penis" stuff like that. Like i said, saying it one time is ok, just over-saying it is bad.

8 ) Posting in Locked Topics!
Some of you post in locked topics....don't do that.
It's locked for a reason, so don't go posting in it!

Plus i'm sick of editing, and deleting posts!!!!!

Maybe the STAFF members can actually do something for once? Help me out!
I mean why do you guys think i made you staff? To just look cool?
Staff members (Bradley, Francis, J, Allen, Brian, and Tails) Don't be scared to lock a topic, delete a post, edit a post, or tell someone about breaking a rule, or if someone breaks a rule way to many times, to take a warning away. I mean i'm the only one who ever does stuff around here. Sometimes you guys lock a topic for me, but not enough.

All of you guys know me well enough that i'm never really stricked about the rules and all of that. If i was, then most of you would have a lot of missing warnings....or be banned by now. That's the thing, i'm nice, but i would still like you guys to respect the rules, and all.

And try ACTUALLY reading the rule-related topics in "Forum Stuff"

NO, I'm not actually.
I have to let the other staff choose too you know? Which will take time. So stop asking, we'll get to it when we will. I'll make a topic in News for it you know, why would i choose, and not tell everyone?

I also apologize if i sounded mad. Like i said, I'm stressed is all.

Gah... Sorry! I try my best to do everything I can, like remind members of the rules etc. however I'm sorry you see me as not doing the job right, me and other staff will take greater care in the future

sorry for not being able to enforce the rules much,i kind of got used to the whole regular member thing,but i still like being an admin so i'll use my powers on necessary things

i try my best too. i understand that you have a hard time. i have it too so i might not be in the forum so often as i am now. i have my last year at collage and try to find a job is not as easy as i thoughd. but i try my best to follow this rules and try to help you in the best way i can.

I'm sorry also. I do try to warn people about things like that, but didn't. Plus, I gotta work on my forums too, even though it's not as active, so I tend to get a little busy.

Im sorry as well, if I don't do as much as I should. Sometimes I delete topics (from this one dude with a cuss word in his name.) A few times I had to tell that (SeanFinlay) about breaking the rules.

Well, it honestly looks like I'm not going to have a green bar for long.

Brian you can't ban users, and i banned....well deleted him.

ok, well it said

"OK you banned him" instead of "only admins can ban users"

so I kinda assumed....y'know, and I deleted the topics I could cause this was before I could mod everything
