What are the odds?

Well, today I downloaded a Emerald ROM, and started playing, note I was not using cheats whatsoever. And the FIRST wild Pokemon I found in the entire game (not including the one you have to save Prof. Birch from) was a Shiny Golden Poochyena. I caught it and named it 'Goldyenna'.

Also, another thing that happened to me back when I had Sapphire on the GBA, I was battling Rayquaza, I had wasted al myBall and had no Balls left except for 1 Poke Ball. I threw it, expecting to fail. But I caught it. Well, this one is more common but share Pokemon stories like these here.

i was chaining pokemon attempting to get a shiny, hoping for a bidoof (i would call him LULWUT) and i get a shiny pidgey! in pearl!

One time i was playing Crystal, and i found a wild shiny eggexcutar(Sorry i forgot how to spell it lol) in a tree, and it was too weak(Level 10) and one my pokemon defeated it in one hit and i lost it, the end lol.

Yeah, when I had Ruby on my GBA and found a Green Spinda, and I killed it because I thought it was a glitch xD

Then I found out what shinies were and hated myself for not catching it. Well, now that I remember, I didn't have any Pokeballs.

I did the same thing with a Numel but quickly switched off my Gameboy and freaked out... Ah, good times x_X;

i still playing the old blue version where i found a caterpie that reallly sucks but when it evolve 2 times it became a butterfree and became one of my strongest pokemon i have now

That isn't really... strange... Caterpie sucks, and Buterfree is a good Pokemon...

yeah of course but still one of my best? i have articuno, zapdos, moltres, aerodactyl and alakazam in my team so my butterfree is in silks league. thats great but still cant belive it
