The Oak's letter Wi-fi event is now available until 11/8/09. This item gives you acess to the extended route of Route 224.
I got mine today! Very Happy

Simply go into Mystery Gift, then select VIA Wi-fi. It should say Oaks Letter is available. Then it will ask if you would like to revieve the gift, press yes (of course).

Then go to any PokeMart and talk to the guy in the green hat. He will give it to you.
From there, go to the end of route 224.
