I wanna get it but should i get it for the Wii or PS2?(and i don't have a 360 so don't suggest that)
I'm asking because i got Guitar Hero 3 for the Wii because everyone at my school said i should get it on the wii cause they said it was awesome on the wii but IT SUCKED ON WII! There's some glitches and things they didn't have on it! So that made me think the wii rock band might do it.
So should i get The wii rock band?

Yes but your post clearly asked for which one u should get it for, IMO you should of gotten it for the PS2
