well i was searching plenty of places and i found this little wonder... well its mostly a custom moveset thing...
normaly brawl dont seem to have a create-a-brawler option but thats okay...
so here it is...

DOWN + A: does a sweep kick
DOWN + A while Airborne: does a downward drill kick (meteor smash)
Dash A:Weavile Spear *does the "spear" attack move"

UP Smash:Weavile Smack (an upwards smack to the opponent)
SIDE Smash:Teal Katana (a side ways kick with sound energy)
DOWN Smash: Breakdown slam (attacks opponents with a attack based on a breakdance move)

B: Shadow Ball (as mewtwo's shadow ball,only a faster charge,but weaker fully charged hit*
B + Up: Beat Spin (kinda a combination of captain falcon's raptor boost and samus' screw attack)
B + Side: Sound Skid (attack his opponents with sound skid)
B + Down: Spin dash (kinda like sonic's spin dash only faster,but is uncontrolable)

Grab: Swipe Grab
Grab Hit: punches opponent
Throw UP:"hi-fly" kick throw (sends opponent upward to the air)
Throw DOWN: Spin dashes downward to the opponent
Throw FORWARD: Side throws his opponent
Throw BACKWARD: Spins throws his opponent

Taunts:
Taunt Up: puts goggles in
Taunt side: does his "snap-thumbs-up" pose
Taunt Down: Does a break-dance move

FINAL SMASH:Echo Beam (attacks his opponents with the echo beam,a sound based version of hyper beam,kinda like samus' final smash cept weaverb will stay as weaverb,and the beam is a bit faster...)

he's normal TealBlue pallette

his normal tealblue is reversed

Green:
weaverb becomes GreenYellow

Dark:
weaverb will have the normal "weavile" pallette

Albino:
Weaverb becomes WhiteDark grey

Solar:
Weaverb becomes YellowOrange

Victory pose:Swipes his arms and says "YOSH!!"

Appearance taunt:reverb shows up,activates his pokemorpher and turns to weaverb

Defeat pose: claps

yeah i was bored on that one... but you get the idea... and one more thing for people who dont know weaverb is this guy...
