The Poke Rap! That song was amazing...I wish I could learn it. I loved how it would sometimes play a little part of it after an episode. But other than this some, the original theme of course. Once they changed it I was mad, then they kept changing it...and I don't even know what it is- or has been now.
Oh well. With new Pokemon, a new theme song.

Original Opening, The Johto openings (they were so catchy! me and my friend sing them all the time in World History lol)

Lugia's Song on ocarina (second Pokemon movie).
Not only does it sound great, it's easy to play and very effective (yes, I own and play my own ocarina... in specifics a blue one, just like Link *shot*).
